Pastoral Council

For the vision and mission of the parish to be realized it is essential that all parishioners --residents and students, young and old, male and female-- have a voice in the life of the parish. The voice needed could be yours!

The Pastoral Council is a representative group of parishioners elected to create a space in which all the voices of the parish are reflected. The Pastoral Council serves as a sounding board for the pastor to test his ideas, priorities, and proposals with a group that reflects the diverse perspectives of our parish community. It is a vehicle for dialogue about the life and activity of the parish, a forum for planning and evaluating, and essential for the health, vitality, spirituality, and growth of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish.

Deadline for nominations:  Sunday, April 6. Nominees are asked to provide a short bio (125 word limit) and photo.

The Pastoral Council offers counsel to and collaborates with the pastor to provide the long-range planning which will guide the parish toward its future.
